Search engine algorithms and online competition are beyond our control. Results may vary between businesses and industries.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Supply required access credentials in a timely manner.
• Review and approve content, designs, and deliverables promptly.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

• Invoices are due upon receipt.
• Late payments may result in service suspension.
• Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable.
• Recurring monthly services renew automatically until canceled in writing.

Failure to make payment may result in termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, branding, and materials displayed on this website are the property of SEONorthBay or its licensors. Clients retain ownership of materials they provide. Upon full payment, ownership of custom website content and deliverables may transfer to the client unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
